Bing's Birthday Card Submission
These terms and conditions apply when you make a submission of a birthday card for Bing, via the google form or by email to hello@bingbunny.com, (the “Terms”). By sending us your birthday card for Bing, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms then you should not submit your birthday card for Bing to us. Acamar reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice and any updates to these Terms will be sent to you.
All submissions are made to Acamar Films Limited, the producer of Bing (“Acamar Films”/ “we”/ “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 04399568, registered address is at 7 Savoy Court, London, United Kingdom, WC2R 0EX), offices address: The Rotunda (Ground Floor), 42-23 Gloucester Crescent, London NW1 7DL, United Kingdom.
Your privacy is important to us and Acamar will not use your personal details for any purpose other than to contact you about your birthday card for Bing submission and for any future usage of your birthday card by us. For further details please see the Bing Privacy Policy
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Who is eligible to make a submission? Is there an age limit?
In order to submit to us a birthday card for Bing you must be a parent or guardian, aged 18 or over, of a child aged no less than 2 years old and no older than 5 years old (a “Bingster”).
How do I submit a birthday card?
You can submit your Bingster’s birthday card via the google form which can be found on the Bing bunny Facebook page and the Bing bunny website or by email to hello@bingbunny.com.
You may only submit one birthday card per Bingster.
The birthday card for Bing must be your Bingster’s own original work. Please don't include any other non Bing characters, brands or logos on the birthday card as we won't be able to show these.
Images of your Bingster’s birthday card must be submitted as a JPEG, PNG or PDF file format, the birthday card may be photographed or scanned. Please make sure the image has good lighting and the image is only of the card itself. Please do not include your Bingster in the submitted image.
Please provide us with the information requested in the upload form, including up to date contact details and your Bingster’s first name. We may ask for your Bingster's name, age and rough location and your consent to use those details in our social media platforms or other media.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept your submission where we consider that you have not met the eligibility criteria.
When will my birthday card be featured?
There is no guarantee that we will be able to feature your submission or any or all birthday cards submitted on our social media channels or as part of our Bing’s Birthday cinema package.
Can I apply if I’m not in the UK?
You and your Bingster need to be based in the UK to take part.
When is the closing date for submission?
The closing date is on Monday 1st July 2024 at midnight.
If my Bingster’s birthday card is chosen, when and where will it be shown?
We intend to select a minimum of five birthday cards to be included in a Bing birthday card gallery on our Bing UK Facebook page from July 2024 and featured in our Bing’s Birthday cinema package from September 2024. Please keep an eye out on our social media channels to see if you’re being featured.
You agree that we may use your Bing birthday card as we see fit, including for promotional purposes and/or in our Bing bunny Facebook page and other social media channels and/or feature it in our Bing’s birthday cinema package. You hereby irrevocably grant and assign (which means you transfer ownership) to us all rights, title and interest in your submission so as to permit the fullest use throughout the world of your submission (or parts of the same) throughout the world, by any and all means in all media and in perpetuity (which means forever). You agree that we may edit, copy or adapt your submission as we see fit. You irrevocably and unconditionally waive, in respect of your submission, all moral rights to which you or your Bingster may be entitled and any broadly equivalent rights in any territory of the world. This waiver is made in favour of us but shall also extend to our sub-licensees, assignees and successors in title.
We may contact you by direct message and may ask you to complete documents so we can obtain some more details from you, in order to feature your Bingster’s birthday card on other media or platforms.
Are there any charges?
Internet service provider’s and/or mobile network operator’s fees may apply when you access the Internet to make your submission online. We will not provide refunds of the cost of connection to make your submission.
