Reading for Children's Mental Health Week

We are putting feelings first this Children’s Mental Health Week (Feb 5-11, 2024). For the first time Bing is participating in Children's Mental Health Week, founded by UK mental health charity, Place2Be.

Reading together with your Bingster is a great way to help them understand their emotions, to talk about your feelings together and understand each other better. Reading is an amazing way to build children's confidence and empathy skills.

Stuckie Duckie Balloon Children's Mental Health Week

Stuckie Duckie Ballon

When Bing and Sula find a duckie helium balloon stuck in a tree in the park, they both want to play with it first.

“Stuckie Duckie! Quack! Quack! Quack!”

But there’s only one string! Can they share?

Stuckie Duckie Balloon is about learning to share, being patient and showing resilience when things don’t go to plan!

Shake Ding Bang Children's Mental Health Week

Shake Ding Bang

Round the corner, not far away, Bing is making music today!

Press the buttons to hear Bing and his friends play the musical instruments. Who will get the xylophone, the tambourine and the drum? And can they all wait their turn?

With five different buttons to press, children will love hearing and naming all the different musical instruments and bringing the story to noisy life! And with an on/off switch on the back, parents will love being able to turn off the sound when they need a little peace and quiet.
