  1. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

All information you provide to us is processed by Mail Chimp who manage our subscriber database and process the newsletter mailouts on behalf of Acamar. Mail Chimp’s privacy policy can be found here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/.

  1. TRANSFERRING INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EEA

Mail Chimp are based in the US however we transfer data to them as they are signatories to the EU Privacy Shield which requires them to provide similar protection to personal data shared between Europe and the US.
