Bing and Sula are playing Stuckie Duckies with a balloon, but why does the balloon fly away?
Bing and Sula find a Duckie balloon stuck in a tree in the park. Flop makes two strings so they can both play together as it's tricky hard to wait their turn to hold the balloon. They both hold a string and run around the park singing "Stuckie Duckies... quak, quak, quak", sticking together all the time. But what will happen when the balloon flies away?
